Today, the Meeting Prepper runs directly inside Salesforce, on your Lead, Contact, and Account record pages. Discovery (transcript analysis and MEDDIC qualification) and proposal generation run in the Revenue Growth Agent web app. Salesforce-embedded versions of those agents are on the roadmap.
The RGA Lightning component works with editions that support Lightning components and custom OAuth apps: Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, and Professional with API access.
Setup is straightforward and done once for your whole org. A Salesforce admin creates an External Client App (the modern, Salesforce-recommended way to authorize an integration), adds the RGA Lightning component to your record pages, and connects the org through RGA's secure settings form. No Apex code or managed package required. Plan for about 30 minutes; we guide you through every step.
No. The RGA component loads in an iframe and runs RGA's processing on RGA's own infrastructure. It doesn't consume your Salesforce API or governor limits, so performance is independent of your org's resources.
Data flows both ways: (1) Salesforce record data automatically pre-fills the Meeting Prepper form when a rep opens the component; (2) RGA writes results, the prep document URL, status, and date, back to custom fields on the Salesforce record using the Salesforce API.
Your admin connects the org with the OAuth 2.0 JWT-Bearer flow, which is certificate-based and issues no shared client secret. When you enter your private key in RGA's settings form, it's validated against Salesforce, then encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored. The encryption key lives in a separate system from the encrypted data, and no path ever returns your private key in plaintext, not even to the admin who entered it. RGA staff never see it. All transmission uses HTTPS/TLS, and every RGA API endpoint is authenticated and scoped to your organization. Your Salesforce data is never used to train AI models. RGA is architected around SOC 2 and GDPR principles; a formal SOC 2 audit is on our roadmap. Rather than claim a certification we haven't completed, our Security & Privacy page lays out exactly which controls we run today.
Only the admin connecting the org needs elevated permissions (Modify All Data or Customize Application), and only once. Reps simply need access to the records they work and to the RGA component and custom fields. Your admin configures this with Permission Sets or Profiles.
Yes. You'll need an active Revenue Growth Agent subscription; the Salesforce integration is included with it and connects your RGA account to your Salesforce org. If you're not yet a customer, we'll help you get set up during onboarding.
